Angela Winter

Angela Winter, a social worker and water expert from Portland, Oregon, has made significant strides in sustainable development and resource management. With a background in Environmental Science and Sociology from the University of Oregon and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from Stanford, she has worked with the EPA and the United Nations Development Program. Angela is dedicated to water rights, environmental justice, and community empowerment, implementing clean water projects in developing countries.
